If we cannot provide a stable service and fail to resolve technical issues within our control, we will honor a refund.

Technical Failure

Significant downtime or channel unavailability that our team cannot resolve via alternative servers within 3 business days.

Resolution First

Most issues are related to ISP throttling or device cache. You must allow our support team a fair opportunity to troubleshoot first.

ISP & Connection

Refunds are not granted for issues beyond our control, such as home internet speeds or ISP blocks resolvable with a VPN.

Eligibility for Refund

You may qualify for a refund only if the service has completely stopped working AND no backup solution has been provided within 7 calendar days.

⚠️ NOTICE: 1-month subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
